What can I expect the first day?

 

For First Time or One Time Cleaning there will be a $20 charge. For new regular customers, we will work with you to set up a time to come out when you are available to go over specifics of the service and to ask questions about your particular pet and yard. We will provide the first cleaning that same day, and the $20 will be due at that time. 

 

After the First Time Cleaning for regular customers, we will send out a bill on the 1st of every month. We will only include charges for the days we provided services, so feel free to start in the middle of the month. You will have until the 15th to submit payment. A late payment will result in a $3 penalty fee on your next bill. Thank you for understanding.

 

What can I expect each visit?

 

When you sign up for service from Super Scoopers, you will be assigned a service day for each visit. Our Super Scooper team member assigned to your yard will clean your yard of all dog waste, bag it, and dispose of it in the preferred area for your trash service to pick up. We will always make sure that your gate is securely closed.

 

Super Scoopers is dedicated to protecting your pet against the spread of K-9 diseases by cleaning and spraying all tools and footware with kennel disinfectant spray between each yard we visit. The kennel disinfectant spray we use is shown to kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi including canine influenza and parvovirus.

 

 

 

What can I expect?

 

Before your first day of service, we will work with you to set up a time to come out and meet you and your pet(s). At this meeting we will go over more of the specifics, including which doors/gates you prefer us to use, if you need food dishes and water dishes to be filled up, where your pet's leash is kept, and any special needs for your pet. After this initial meeting, we will follow any special instructions you gave us and provide the services as agreed upon in the initial meeting.

 

How do I know my house was visited?

 

Each time a Super Scooper performs a dog walking visit we will leave a note at the location specified at the initial meeting. 

 

How do I submit payment?

 

We will mail out a bill on the 1st of every month. You have until the 15th to submit payment. At this time we accept cash and check payments. You can submit payment by mail to us at P.O. Box 83, Lansing, KS 66043. If you would prefer to save on postage, we are happy to work with you to set up another payment option that better suits your needs.
